Adnan Salam is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser from Boston, MA. Graduating in 2007 with a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Mr. Salam has been working as an appraiser for over 15 years. He founded his company, Boston Appraisal Services in 2011, the year he obtained his Certified Residential certification. He worked diligently in the real estate valuation field and over the years, he obtained his SRA designation and transitioned to commercial valuation, obtaining his Certified General licensure. He brings a strong analytical mind and attention to technical detail in his appraisal and management. Adnan has deep experience in complex valuations, both commercial and residential, for private and institutional clients seeking to reduce risk in their transactions. Currently, he is working towards obtaining his MAI designation.
Chet is a Certified General Appraiser in the states of MA, NH, VT and ME with multiple degrees in electrical engineering. He’s been actively engaged as a commercial appraiser since 2003. He works closely with land conservation trusts and environmental organizations, attorneys, financial institutions, private landowners, developers, and government organizations. He holds the MAI designation, indicating the highest professional levels of knowledge, analytical skills, experience, and judgment.

Didarul leverages 15 years of experience in real estate valuations and investment in the executive management and monitoring of appraisal operations at BAS. He’s an FHA-approved and Certified Residential appraiser and ensures the consideration of market conditions and adverse issues with each subject property and market to identify all internal and external factors influencing fair market value, functional utility, and marketability. Didarul directs real estate valuation activities including research, valuation, and quality control in all aspects of single-family, condominium, and multi-family residential valuations. He possesses an advanced education, including a graduate degree in Computer Information Systems from Boston University, and has completed advanced coursework with the MBREA that uniquely equips him to incorporate regression and statistical analysis methodologies in determining market value trends.
Leitha’s specialty is the commercial appraisal for properties involving sales, financing, bankruptcy, divorce, tax abatement, zoning variances, conservation easements, Yellow Book, estate valuation, and portfolio management. She’s a Certified General Appraiser in NH and MA and brings a wealth of business and financial experience from her former positions as Director of a security technology firm and Administrative Officer of one of the oldest and largest financial services firms in the country. Leitha earned her MBA at Boston College and her BBA at UMASS. She has appraisal-specific education in energy-efficient properties, green construction, and land valuation. A leader in her community, she is a member of the Southern NH Planning Commission and the Londonderry Planning Board.

Tarique Haque is a Certified Residential appraiser, operating in the states of MA, NH, and RI. With previous experience working as an assessor for the City of Boston, he manages operations for Boston Appraisal Services and oversees day-to-day appraisal workflows. He studied Economics at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and is an expert in USPAP, FHA, FNMA, and state appraisal regulations. He is currently working towards obtaining his General Appraiser certification.

Alauddin Chowdhury is a Certified Residential appraiser and has been involved in the real estate industry for over 15 years, with his experience translating into succinct and accurate reports. Zia Siddiki has a degree in telecommunications and began his appraisal career almost 12 years ago. Zia is a Certified Residential Appraiser and specializes in FHA appraisals and high-end appraisal valuations and has an in-depth knowledge of the Massachusetts market. He also offers his expertise for our clients in the state of Rhode Island, specifically appraising multifamily and residential properties.

Jakir Tarafder completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Accounting and has been operating in the real estate industry in the state of Massachusetts. As a Certified Residential appraiser, Jakir blends his analytical skills with excellent attention to detail in his appraisal reports, helping both institutional and local clients with their valuation needs.
Kirky is responsible for ensuring excellent relationships with all our current and future clients. His experience and education in business, real estate, green building, and marketing support our strategic goal of providing the best valuation services to MA and the broader real estate community. He earned his MBA and BSB from UOP and a 2nd Bachelor’s in RE Studies from the Forbes School of Business. He’s also a Real Estate Broker, Designated Broker Price Opinion Resource by NAR, and LEED Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Counsel.
